Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dinosaurroar.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is
defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@dinosaurroar.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Always include a note with your name, order number and if you want a refund.

You can return goods for a refund within 30 days, if you have proof of purchase and the product remains in its original packaging and is in a sellable condition. We do not refund the postage cost of returns unless previously agreed. Orders that are refused at delivery, returned due to insufficient address details or uncollected will not have the postage cost refunded, only the goods.

Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We will provide you with a return shipping label, which you can use to send the item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can up to 15 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
