Shipping policy
Free Shipping with orders over £10 – UK ONLY
The information below covers order which are dispatched directly from The Dinosaur Roar Company Limited to a UK address.
We aim for all orders to be processed within 1-3 business days, however if we are
experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will do our best to keep you informed of these delays.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone.
Packaging
We use ColomPac® heavy duty book mailing boxes which have the added strength of
double thickness board to ensure your books arrive safely. These quality book mailing boxes have up to five layers of board surrounding your product, plus extended reinforced edge & corner protection on all sides. With a strong tamper evident seal, our ColomPac® heavy duty book boxes provide the ultimate in postal packaging protection. With a built-in tear strip they are quick and easy for customers to open too, taking away any hassle with unboxing your books.
Postage
We send deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked therefore we cannot accept postbox or collection point delivery addresses as the parcels require a signature. Royal Mail does not leave 'sorry we missed you' cards with Tracked, as the tracking information is available online through the tracking link emailed with the shipping confirmation.
Missed deliveries will be held for collection or recipients’ redelivery request for 10 working days at the local Royal Mail delivery office before being returned to the sender. Postage is not refunded for missed and returned deliveries unless an error has been made by Royal Mail.

Sunday deliveries may take place with fast deliveries
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The Dinosaur Roar Company is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
